KIT INCLUDES • 30 nails in 15 inclusive sizes • Nail Glue (Net Wt. 0.07oz/2g) • Double Sided nail file • Cuticle stick • Alcohol Pad HOW TO APPLY 1. Prep File nails, push back cuticles with cuticle stick and wipe down nails with alcohol pad. 2. Glue Apply an even layer of glue to natural nails and back of Glamnetic nails. 3. Press Align with cuticle line and apply at a downward angle, then press down firmly for 10-20 seconds.

Return Policy

ORDER/RETURN POLICY

Summary: if you aren’t 100% happy with any item of clothing, simply exchange it! NO REFUNDS accepted! STORE CREDIT ONLY! Store credit will be given minus shipping fees.

Time Frame: items must be received back to our store no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan days for transit time.

The Catch: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition; this includes make-up stains from trying clothes on.

The Exceptions: Items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted, shoes, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, swimwear and undergarments are final and cannot be exchanged.

Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email through your account within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. 

Cancellations: In-store credit only. No exceptions. 

Refund Type: In-store credit only. Please allow 10 business days to credit your Twisted Chandelier account from the date we receive your return.

Overview: Returns sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to $8.95 shipping + $10 handling fee to be returned to you. 

Tracking numbers are recommended when shipping back your returns; we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. 

 

EXCHANGES

We can’t guarantee an item will be in stock by the time we receive your return. As a result, we recommend you purchase whatever else you like right away.
